J'ai été surclassé en arrivant. C'est ma première fois dans l'hotel, mais les chambres du 6e etage sont très bien pour un hotel de ce standing.

This hotel is wonderful... perfect location, reasonable price, easy to get to all the tourist destinations from here, right next to the arc de triomphe and the champs elysees, both are walking distance, right by shops, cafes, restraunts, 5 stops to eiffel tower on metro, walking distance to 2 main metro stations, breakfast lovely, room gorgeous, small and cosy with everything you need, bathroom and amenities great, lovely decor, clean and comfortable room, wifi good and free, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ... many thanks to the plaza elysees... the moment we arived it was lovey nice manager very helpfull we were looked after very well durning oue=r stay staf very plesant breakfast was wonderfull the wateress ths nice and polite serving us coffee the room was very clean and tidy when we came back after our treck from walking around if the rest of paris staff was as nice as your manager paris would have great staff , say thank you very much as myself and my wife it was our first time away togetter without our kids ever .. i could go on any way thanks very much .

We found this hotel well situated with buses passing the door on routes to the heart of Paris. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was well presented and clean, tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a pleasant surprise. Altogether a good experience

A jewel in Paris' crown.. A fabulous little hotel with super reception staff who joined in my efforts to speak french but assisted with a smile when I was hopelessly stuck! Very clean and welcoming in a great position. Pleasant buffet breakfast. I would stay there again.

L'Hotel e' situato in una posizione favorevolissima. Internet Wi fi gratuito. Tranquillo e riservato. In poche parole lo prendero ancora in considerazione per un mio eventuale ritorno a parigi.

Incredible good value for the room if you book online. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. I will recommend the hotel to my friends. The only minus was the very slooooooooow elevator.

Plaza Elysees is really to be named 'Your home in Paris' It's close to everywhere, very central, good pricing, good breakfast, wonderful smile at the reception. It's been twice I've been there and it is really a comfortable place to stay.

salve sono giancarlo e con i miei amici e il mio piccolo bambino siamo stati il 17 marzo e il 18 marzo in questa struttura il plaza elysees devo dire che ne sono rimasto molto colpito sia per la sua posizione che permette di muoversi a piedi o con autobus o metro in piu' ho trovato una infinita cordialita' da parte di tutto il personale le camere sono veramente belle e molto pulite dotate di tutto c'ho di cui si ha bisogno complimenti ancora all'hotel elysees ci tornero' presto.

Having previously stayed in Best Western Hotels in Paris, I already had a level of expectation which was met. We went to a show at the Lido and the proximity to this venue and overall convenience of the hotels location, increased our satisfaction.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Possui comercio ao redor, acesso ao metro, ponto de taxi e ônibus e esta próximo de quase todos os pontos turísticos. É possível fazer muita coisa a pe. Fomos muito bem atendidos, tanto na recepção, como no café e na limpeza do quarto. Todos deram muita atenção a minha esposa que estava fazendo uso de cadeira de rodas devido a uma queda. O quarto é muito limpo e iluminado. A única coisa que falta é ser adaptado para acesso a cadeirantes. Realmente só nos damos conta disso quando precisamos. Na entrada há um degrau, sem rampa e o elevador e corredor para o quarto são apertados para um cadeira. No mais,recomendo o hotel e voltaria.

Hotel front of house was good, friendly, & welcoming. Location for seeing the sites was brilliant. Room No. 36 was good, clean, and bright. Lacked storage if staying more than 3 nights. Breakfast room let the hotel down. Small & cramped, not very relaxing. Presentation of the buffet was poor on the first day. May have been a better experience if the breakfast staff smiled and communicated a little. Having said this, we would stay again and recommend the hotel as it was good value, good location, good generally.

Hotel is as expected for a Best Western. Room was very clean with nice decor; looked like it had been recently renovated. But room was as expected for Paris hotels: quite small. But hotel staff are courteous, breakfast is good, and the location is fantastic. I would recommend this hotel and would plan on staying there again.

Spent a lovely couple of days at the Hotel Plaza Elysees, mostly quiet and staff very friendly. Some renovations needed as parts of the ceiling held up with tape! Also room did smell a bit of smoke, not sure whether from previous guests or if coming from nearby rooms. Bathroom clean and modern with good shower and plenty of hot water. As female travelling alone, very central location and I was not worried walking back to hotel in the evening. I would stay at the Plaza Elysees again.

The desk attendants were friendly and accommodating, making sure our room was available in time for us to get ready for a wedding that afternoon. The room was very pretty and larger than I expected. The bathroom was modern and clean. We appreciated having the room to return to after a late night reception and rested well. It felt like a safe place.

When I checked in I was told that the hotel had an issue with my room and that they had arranged for me to stay at a hotel just round the corner (less than 100m away). This second hotel was very comfortable. In terms of resolving the issue to my satisfaction I cannot fault the Plaza Elysees.

The hotel is located at a good location with walking distance to Champs Elysees Road and Arc de Triomphe and Bus Stop for several sightspotseeing spot. I much appreciated hotel staffs' hospitality and helpful on given some useful information of getting to the places where we wanted to go.
