We stayed here New Year's Eve, the night before we flew back to the U.S. The hotel was quiet, clean and perfect for me, my husband and two kids.

Plaza Elysees exceeded all our expectations. Location, Staff, and Room were well above average for our 6 day stay. This would be one of the best Hotels I've stayed in. When we return to Paris we will use the Plaza Elysees if available. Mike &Karen New Zealand

Hotel rénové, propre, bien situé (à proximité Champs Elysées). Chambre petite (comme souvent à Paris) mais cosy. Personnel sympathique. PDJ correct (mais Service au pdj à améliorer)

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel magnifiquement situé à quelques centaines de mètres des Champs Elyzées. Idéal pour découvrir les charmes de Paris. Très propre, personnel sympathique et un très bon petit-déjeuner buffet. Viennoiseries, charcuterie, œufs brouillés, machine à expresso et même du champagne, rien ne manque!! Bref, séjour presque parfait. Le seul bémol était que pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 10 ans, notre chambre triple était un peu exigüe d'autant plus qu'elle se situait sous les toits. Du coup, la douche était difficile d'accès pour un adulte. Quoi qu'il en soit, les points positifs l'emportent largement sur ces désagréments, le Plaza Elyzées est donc un établissement que nous recommandons pour un séjour court à Paris...

Hôtel à deux pas des champs ,très calme malgré le boulevard. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont top .Pour le petit dej il y tous ce qu’il faut du sucré au salé.
We had a very enjoyable time during our stay. This isn’t a complaint but it would be nice to have the tea & coffee and lavatory paper replenished during our 3 night stay.

Great stay! Asked for an adaptor and one of the girls at the reception didn't get back to us about it - bad service! But then the other girl sorted that out. The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were AMAZING, they were very nice and the service was great! The room was quite small but location excellent.
My only disappointment was the current building renovation happening to the exterior of the building that blocked any views from the windows with the scaffolding materials. I would have preferred to have been pre-advised of this as I booked a more expensive room for the view and had I been informed I would have reconsidered this additional cost.

For the staff alone I would give Plaza Elysees Hotel 5 stars. They were incredible friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I forgot my passport at the hotel and they even organised for a taxi to bring it out to the airport for me. I could not praise the staff more for their kind and diligent approach to their job. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice little view. The location was convenient with an abundance of landmarks just a short walk away. A humble establishment but the people make the stay. Very pleased with my stay. Thank you Plaza Elysees Hotel.

Bonjour, j'ai déjà posté un avis très favorable sur TripAdvisor mais je voulais présenter mes excuses à la patronne de l'hôtel : mon mari m'a fait remarqué que j'avais parue agressive et ce n'était pas du tout mon intention. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le confort de la chambre, ainsi que le calme dont nous avons pu profiter. J'espère que vous ne m'en tiendrez pas rigueur. Merci pour tout !

Our stay at the Plaza Elysées was lovely!! Was a nice suprise when we arrived late Friday night and was also nice that there was someone there to welcome us. The room was rather small but big enough and the balcony was great! The only critique I would say is there was an already open can of pop in the fridge in the room, but that was the only issue! Other than that it was perfect and can't wait to come back!!

Dear hotel staff, during our check out, our team was failed to receive a good bills from hotel, because it was a night time (13/10/2015), and a man who made a check-out bill did not know how to split the document. Only one joint bill was provided, what is not acceptable for our team. I am kindly asking you to provide me by e-mail with correct 3 separate bills for the following persons: Karpov Alexander Terekhova Tatiana Nikitina Kristina rooms 40, 41, 42 dates of stay: 11-13 of October. Accueil parfait politesse, gentillesse de vrais "pros" service parfait ! Chambres super, rien ne manque très propre et café et une eau minérale offerts super ! Mais voisins un peu bruyants !

What a very pleasant surprise! The hotel is family owned and run by the mother / daughter team and is very well run. The rooms were spacious by Parisian standards, the breakfast room bright and airy and the location superb. Situated a 5 minute walk from the Champs Elysees, there is no excuse not to shop till you drop!!! I will very definately make use of this hotel again when next in Paris. Highly recommended.
Excellent location within walking distance of many activities, sites and major train (RER/Metro) stop, yet street was not too busy. Room was clean and fresh. Comfortable bed. Only problem was having to retrieve additional towels each day.
La chambre était très propre, la salle de bain et la robinetterie parfaite, de grande qualité. Le seul petit désagrément fut le bruit, nous avions une chambre donnant sur l'avenue.

Perfectly located hotel, only a stones throw from the champs elysees. The hotel was very friendly, clean and with beautifly decorated spacious rooms. The bathroom was clean & very modern in style. Great value for money with breakfast included in our price package. Excellent hotel, would definitely stay again.

Everything was great, except they dont have towel hangers in the bathrooms so it is impossible to reuse the same towel trying to be ecofriendly. :(
hotel location ideal for Paris ( short walk to Arc De T. ) staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast typical continental but plenty of choice. Rooms small but satisfactory for short stay. Rooms need a bit of refurb but this was underway so a bit noisy if you wanted an afternoon nap ! Overall good value for money. Would we go back ? YES Just a bit of advise "your open top bus tour brochures are out of date for where the stops are"

Super accueil pour une arrivée tardive, emplacement idéal accès au Champs Élysée a Proximité , petit dej un peu juste (un vrais jus de fruit aurai été super!) dommage, la chambre petite mais impec! Baignoire bien venue!!pour soulager des longues marches..

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada y sus empleados son muy amables y eficientes!!! Siempre dispuestos a colaborar, la observaciones que dejos son las siguientes: 1. Mejorar un poco el desayuno y 2. De alguna manera cubrir la ducha del baño, particularmente nosotros estamos acostumbrados a la ducha y nos daba pena dejar el baño empantanado pero sin cirtina era inevitable!!! Mil gracias por su atención, seguramente volveremos y sin duda los recomendaremos!!!
A localização do hotel é excelente. Possui comercio ao redor, acesso ao metro, ponto de taxi e ônibus e esta próximo de quase todos os pontos turísticos. É possível fazer muita coisa a pe. Fomos muito bem atendidos, tanto na recepção, como no café e na limpeza do quarto. Todos deram muita atenção a minha esposa que estava fazendo uso de cadeira de rodas devido a uma queda. O quarto é muito limpo e iluminado. A única coisa que falta é ser adaptado para acesso a cadeirantes. Realmente só nos damos conta disso quando precisamos. Na entrada há um degrau, sem rampa e o elevador e corredor para o quarto são apertados para um cadeira. No mais,recomendo o hotel e voltaria.
